The introductory call is like an interview to ensure you and the coach are a good match.
No commitment!
Once you and your coach agree to work together, you’ll pick the package that’s right for you.
Step 2
Experience coaching
In each session, the coach partners with you to set your goal, identify the hurdles, and make an action plan that works for you.
Your coach may offer you tools and worksheets to help you monitor and record your progress. Coaching takes place via a Zoom or phone call.
Step 3
Live the Difference!
You’ll probably experience the impact of coaching after your first session. You will have new awareness, new perspective, and steps to take that make sense for you. Over time, the little steps will add up to big change!
